About Madina Academy

Madina Academy is a private elementary and middle school. We strive to develop a strong sense of Islamic identity, character, and pride in being American and Muslim. Madina Academy also aims to provide an ideal environment conducive to learning and helping students become active and responsible members of society. Established in 1998, Madina Academy is Connecticut's first full-time Islamic School. We offer grades starting from Kindergarten to 8th grade. The Academy is located at 519 Palisado Avenue, Windsor CT.

Madina Academy follows a high standard of education in all core subject areas including Math, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies and integrates this curriculum with Islamic studies courses. Classes for Arabic and Quran are held alongside core subjects that are taught in public school. Madina Academy also offers limited financial aid.

Madina Academy is a not for profit organization and is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(03) public charity. The Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in its policies regarding enrollment, scholarships and/or allocation of financial aid.

Madina Academy has recently moved to its new location in Windsor, CT. With a sprawling 14 acres, this new facility will provide the highest level of education for students. With several buildings, classrooms, as well as sports and soccer fields, Madina Academy serves as an excellent alternative for parents looking for a school following CT's curriculum standards while also integrating Islamic sciences into students' daily class schedules.
